VIBRATIONAL HEALING - A SOUND BATH

Please join Swami Johnny Baba for a 90-minute group healing session. In a sound bath you will lie relaxed in a comfortable space surrounded in the warm embrace and tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls and a Nepalese gong. Allow your cares to melt away as Baba serenades you with Sanskrit mantra and the bowls and gong provide upwards directional waves of energy to restore and balance your magnetic field.
You are encouraged to bring your favorite fluffy blankets, pillows, and eye covers for the ultimate comfort! Yoga mats and bolsters will be made available. Don't forget your water, and to dress in layers because stillness brings chillness.
