A non-physical practice, this class is an exploration of vibration and sound as it relates to our innermost selves and energies. Himalayan singing bowls and other ancient sound-emitting tools will be used to support both restoration and relaxation. Sound Healing can contribute to improved quality of sleep, circulation, stress management. Open to all levels, no yoga experience required, with option to sit on the ground, chairs or lie down.
